This powerful machine with its new dough hook design makes easy work of French baguette, before I did after receiving the shipment. The engine is the size of noise in the car smaller than 325 watts, we already had, but it's a small price to pay for this great power for mixing and kneading! Pouring shield that had to be included has not come in the box. I emailed Amazon, which would take any action. I emailed KitchenAid, without result. I called KitchenAid and forced the issue. Soon sent the shield without paying additional fees.

I could not see the mixer in front of him, because all the stores where I live only sell or KitchenAid Cuisineart. Reading bad reviews to mix the bread in a KitchenAid and good reviews for Hamilton Beach, risky, and I ordered the Hamilton Beach. The design is great and so far I mix the dough time over two loaves of sourdough rye, 3 poles, 3 loaves of ciabatta. The mixer works perfectly. The development of gluten is authentic, causing the bread wonderful. I also used the mixer biscuits and cakes, with the same positive results. The mixer is easy to use and easy to clean. I hope that the 3-years warranty is an indicator that this console will last.

This thing is exactly what I thought it would. My wife has a little to make cookies from time to time and she loves this mixer. Good bang for the buck.
