I like to use my stand mixer. It 'easy to use and clean. The only problem I have with it is to remember to take a cup of graduation before mixing. It does not hurt the machine simply does not mix well when its low. It 'also very difficult to move, because it is solid. I also liked that the book contains recipes. I tried the pizza dough and loved.
